Tenancy Agreements
We prepare and, subject to your agreement, will sign on your behalf, a tenancy agreement with tenant(s) that are being placed in your property. The main type of agreement used is known as an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
We can also, subject to your agreement, serve the relevant notice to end tenancy on tenant(s). |
